Our fresh yuzu is grown in Gisborne, New Zealand, and harvested by hand at peak ripeness during a short seasonal window each winter. With its intense aroma, tart juice, and fragrant zest, yuzu is a favourite among chefs, mixologists, and home cooks seeking something truly special.
