Known as “citrus caviar”, finger limes are a rare and exciting native fruit prized for their burst of tangy juice pearls. Inside each fruit, you’ll find bead-like vesicles that pop with intense lime flavour — perfect for garnishing dishes, enhancing cocktails, or adding a zingy twist to desserts.
Our finger limes are grown in Gisborne and hand-harvested at peak ripeness. They vary naturally in size and colour, with a crisp, aromatic flavour and delicate texture.
