Our Yuzu Juice Soda is a refreshing twist on tradition — lightly sparkling and made with real Gisborne-grown yuzu. Known for its floral aroma and sharp citrus bite, yuzu brings complexity and lift to every sip.

Crafted in small batches with all-natural ingredients, this 250ml soda is clean, crisp, and distinctly different — perfect on its own or as a mixer.

Our inaugural batch of
Yuzu Juice Soda sold out quicker than we ever expected — a huge thank you to everyone who supported the launch.

With the next yuzu harvest looking strong, our second batch will be released in late May 2026.
